Question About Excell Precision Pressure Washer VR2300
Model 2002CWT...

I believe that the water by pass valve is nlot working properly. When the "trigger" is released the pump "locks" up and the engine can not power the pump. When the handle is depressed the pump works fine. How do I fix this problem?
