5 Kitz & Pfeil in Appleton, Wisconsin can order the bearing and shaft for the ES825. Mine just went out on me as well. The bearing was $58 and I just used electrical tape around the shaft to build the shaft back to the right thickness (I was in a hurry) Make sure you get a new pulley key that extends all the way into the bearing.
