About 6 years ago we got 2 portable disc players, Model # 7998, and it has fresh batteries in correctly, but it doesn't play.It worked fine Monday - Thursday of this week, but tonight, nothing.My Husband suffers from OCD, and needs to listen to these every night, can you please be so kind & send us new ones?
