Question About Electrolux Lawn Mower None

My father-in-law gave me a mower Model P35TN20SF. He had taken the handle off (into two separate pieces and I cannot figure which way it goes back on. Does the spring-back shut-off handle go up or down? Does the pull cord go to the carborater side of the mower or the other side? My email is marcboese1@comcast.net Thanks
