Prior to the V belt breaking the clutch would not engage and tractor could only be stopped by turning off the ignition. I have fitted a new V belt and now the clutch does not always release. It operates by putting my boot behind the pedal and pulling towards me. I am suspicious that the problem is with part number 532 17 57-65 (Rod, parking brake).
