i have echo petrol strimmer wont start but yesterd...

i have echo petrol strimmer wont start but yesterday worked,how do you get it going,would it be flooded,how do you start it,one bloke said pull clutch up and n down 2 times,one said push fuel bubble 2/3 times and pull one leaver up and hold top leaver down at same time
