I have an Echo gt-160ae weeteater and i pulled the...

I have an Echo gt-160ae weeteater and i pulled the handle of the recoil pull start..i took it apart and go the hand back on but cant get the recoil to whind up and place right...any way to fix this other then takeing it it the have it fixed?
