The black plastic elbow at the end of the blower control arm comes loose ( snaps out) from the orange plastic housing. I can snap it back in place but it pops right back out over and over. Has anyone else had this problem? The problem is compounded by the fact that the elbow must be able to rotate in the housing. Does anyone have a solution as to how to repair or aleviate the problem? Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.
