My zero turn ' Dixon ram 44mag' stopped moving in ...

My zero turn ' Dixon ram 44mag' stopped moving in mid mow yesterday. There are no leaks coming from the tranny as far as I can tell.. I talked to a local dealer this morning and all he said was that the nuetral setting must be on.. how do I turn it off?
