I just purchased a used Dion ztr 5422 mower. The two steering bars , when released, easily fall to both sides. I don't think this is correct. All other zero turn mowers i have used hsd the steering bars spring loaded to the operating position and had to be pushed to the spred or park position??? Is my mower operating correctly or is there a spring or friction washer missing or out of adjustment. Thanks, Glenn
