Question About Dixon Lawn Mower 3000 Series
Dixon ZTR 3361 Riding Mower buzzes but won't start...

Mower buzzes but won't turn over to start. Battery and solenoid have tested good and the flywheel will turn but not easily. Should it? If so, how do I get it to turn easily?
