ALL CHECKS OUT WITH MY DIXON MOWER. BUT STILL HAVE TO JUMP START IT. WIRING WAS BUTCHERED BY THE LAST OWNER. SO I KNOW ITS IN THE WIRING. ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS ? THANKS DIXON IS A 427 WITH A KAWASAKI ENGINE ON IT.
