I have a Dimension One Lotus Bay Platinum 2005 spa...

I have a Dimension One Lotus Bay Platinum 2005 spa. My control panel has fogged over and I cannot read it. How can I get the panel out? It is not accessible from under the skirt. Do you pry it out from the top by slip a putty knife under the seal. Can I just replace the inlay or do I have to replace the whole control panel. Also I can't figure out how to get to the light under the water fountain.

5 Call D1 and they will replace it since they have changed the design so it will no longer fog up. I have the same model and year as you. I had replaced the controller 3 times under warranty. Since my warranty ran out I contacted D1 directly and they replaced it for free. They sent instructions and it was a very easy install.
