I have a D1 spa serial number 011-USC-252-15848-0 Model Chairman-Platinum. The PC board has 3 inputs. 1 is marked GRN. the 2nd is marked 2-Red on left and Ntl=White on right. the third is marked black. The relays are marked 227 volts and 125 volts. I have a ground fault except when the 2nd input is disconnected. The connection is from the red circuit of a 240V circuit. Should the connection be a red wire making it 240V into the pc board or white making it 125V input?
