Question About Cub Cadet Trimmer CC4105
What keeps the upper flexible shaft on a Cub Cadet...

What keeps the upper flexible shaft on a Cub Cadet Model cc4105 attached to the shaft coming from the engine. Mine came out and the flexible shaft looks ok. Both ends have the square shoulder made into them so that they slip in the power source but I don't know what made it slip out.
