clutch drum on cub cadet cc4175 evidently slipping off weights allowing springs to hyper extend. how to fix problem

0 Same problem. I replaced the Clutch Assembly ($30) but the same results. Try replacing the Clutch Assembly AND the Clutch Drum at the same time. You might consider just putting in new springs, and a new clutch drum. When you replace the clutch springs, take the clutch assembly off, and mount the clutch assembly from the bottom, rather than stretching the springs over top of the retaining piece. Good luck.
