Question About Cub Cadet Tiller 190-002
Cub Cadet 149 front pto stuck...

149 Cadet 14hp Kohler front PTO assembly is stuck in the engaged mode regardless of hand lever position. I have the manual and parts schematics but no info on how to troubleshoot.
