Question About Cub Cadet Snow Blower 190 551 100

My father bought this to go with his tractor. After he tried to use it for a couple of years and it not working right, I found out at a different dealer it was the wrong one for the tractor they sold him. I am now trying to find out which tractor it fits and I need a manual for it.
