most time when steering left or right,blower will not turn,I had both panetary drive gears apart on both sides. The pull levers,cables and lower wheel release levers all work correct. Blower has good forward and reverse (drive). Sounds funny,but when I tilt the machine back while driving,and I pull the left or right steer levers it seems to pull one way or the other more often ....good luck
