I have probably used my lawnmower about 8 times and keep it very clean and stored in the garage. I have had no problems until this last time I used it. I followed the starting procedure just like I always do and as usual the mower started after the second pull. I let it warm up with the choke on for about 30 seconds or so , pushed the choke back in and engaged the wheels to start mowing. About 20 seconds into the mowing the engine just dies on me. I was like what the hell, it has plenty of fresh gasoline. So I tried to start it again and it wouldnt start. I pulled the choke out and pull again. Nothing again. Pulled again and still nothing. This was the first time since I bought it that it didnt start after one or two pulls. So I pushed the choke back in and pulled again and again and again. Needless to say it wont start at all. I am pretty pissed because this mower is practically brand new and I know it has a three year surestart guarantee but the closest authorized service center is about two hours away from me and I am not about to drive two freakin hours to drop this damn thing off and then have to go back and pick it up when it is fixed. I bought it from home depot less than 8 months ago so should I bring it back to them or can you guys help me fix this myself? Please help. I have checked the fuel filter and it is fine but thats about all I have done so far. Thanks for your help!

0 Dont bother with finding me a solution to my lawnmower problem. I ended up removing, checking, and reinstalling the fuel tank, fuel filter, air filter, spark plug, and carb assembly. I just took my compressor and blew all of components out with my blow gun, making sure all the lines and pipes were clear of kind of dirt and reassembled everything. I did have a problem after reassembling with the carb cup which was leaking gas like crazy so i had to take it apart again and made sure the o ring and the bolts seated properly and that did the trick. I am glad to say after all that my lawnmower started on the first pull. Thank god!!
