5 I went to the dealer and it took two guys over a half hour to find out what kind of oil to use in the transimissions.( I am not taking about the engine but the trasmission oil, dipstick under seat.) They told me that when they came out they had 10W 40 engine oil in them and now they are recemmending cub cadet Drive System oil. need 11quarts huge price difference. I'm sticking with 10W40
