My battery is dead and i cannot get it out to replace it...RZT42 zero turn. There is a wire holding it in place. I was told by the manager of the store where I bought it to ';just use a screwdriver to push on the wire and it will pop out'..does not work....grass is now mid-calf and i have seen two snakes...HELP! I know there are more watching me every time I go out to feed the dogs :-)
