Is my cub cadet LT 1050 pto switch pulls out ok bu...

Is my cub cadet LT 1050 pto switch pulls out ok but will not engage the mower blades .I bought it before 2007 I have ordered a new switch but I'm concerned I couldn't find a fuse for that line. is there a fuse on that line that I couldn't find ?
