4 there's 3 tabs around the drive pulley, i bent the tabs back after removing the deck clutch, slipped the belt on by turning the crank, put the drive clutch back on. took me about 20 minutes

2 Lol, Unconnect the PTO wiringing at the harness. You have to use an impact gun to unbolt the main output shaft bolt. drop the electric clutch. Then use a puller to slip off the main drive pulley. repeat prosses to install..
