Question About Cub Cadet Lawn Mower LT1045
Cub Cadet LT1045 Drive Belt Replacement...

I noticed my drive belt needs to be replaced. I downloaded some text that tells me how to remove the parts and pieces to get to the belt. But I like to see pictures when I read. Anyone have a service manual that I can download the pages covering the drive belt?

5 Our owners manual should show this. Not " See Dealer for replacement" I guess we got screwed from this product. Wish you luck , I need the same.

5 the cub cadet lt1045 is a piece of junk! I have less then 100 hours on it and have already had to replace the engine. Now the hydrostatic drive is not working. the tractor will not move it just smokes and squeals and wont move. Junk I said!

3 The engine does not start. I checked oil, gas, cleaned the carburetor an fuel lines, checked the spark plug. everything works, but engine won't start. What els could be the problem?

3 I undertook the belt replacement and all in all it was not difficult. The special tool you need in a pneumatic impact wrench like you would find in an automotive repair facility. I did not attempt a cordless impact wrench but that might work also. Good luck.
