Cannot get fuel to engine. Have replaced the fuel...

Cannot get fuel to engine. Have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel filter. There is 3/4 full fuel tank. No fuel flow from tank to fuel filter. Have blown out fuel line going from fuel filter to tank and hear agitation and bubbles. However, no fuel is pumped out.
