5 I review the manual to how to change the small belt, and it is not clear. Can some one tell me how to do this. Thanks

0 I have a GT 2544 and trying to replace PTO belt that drives the mower deck,the belt I got from Cub Cadet dealer is 954-04041 but it seems too short?Anybody run into a similar problem?Need help!
