Question About Cub Cadet Lawn Mower LT1046, LT1042, LT1045, LT1050
back left tire locked up...

back left tire is locked up. i just put a new belt on it. it fits but does not go around one of the pulleyes. it does not appear to hurt the blades from spinning. please advise
