Question About Craftsman Yard Vacuum 247.7701
Starts and Dies...

I'm having a problem getting my yard vacuum to run. I tried pushing the primer bulb about 50 times and the engine will start and run for about 1 or 2 seconds and then it dies. I'm guessing it's running long enough to use up the fuel that I pumped in with the bulb. I wonder if I need to adjust the carburetor, but I don't know how to do that.
