craftsman 5.5 HP chipper-vac, Starts and runs fin...

craftsman 5.5 HP chipper-vac, Starts and runs fine at first but runs very rough after a few minutes with load on it. I have cleaned and rebuilt carb plus replaced fuel line. Seems like it's starved for fuel.
