STARTER REPAIR...

The recoil starter won't recoil. I need to know how to get the clutch off to get to the starter cord reel. Do you have a maintenance manual for this machine? Model 358.791070

0 then you have to take of f inside assemblywhat a pain in the ass takes special tool to do it or invent somethingmaybeyou could me at 928 646 5431 ijust put new starting rope in mine my nane is johnny ripley my e mail is johhnyo770@msn.com hope this helps
