I have a 37.7cc motor on a brushwhacker. I can not get the carb. to quit flooding. I have replaced the needle with a new one and I know the float floats because I dropped it in a jar of gas and it floated. I have adjusted the tang that is suppose to close the new needle valve numerous times but it just wont stop flooding. Is there a rubber needle seat that the needle seats against? The local Sears service and repair center's computer schematic on this carb. doesn't have a very good picture so I can't tell. But I have to get it to quit flooding and right now it is metal on metal to seal off and make it stop flooding and it won't seal. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
