Question About Craftsman Tiller 536297023
Won't start...

has spark, has good compression, new spark plug, but it just won't start for some reason. checked coil cleaned all the grounds. Just seeing if u anyone has any diagrams..It is a 10" 32.8 cc tiller cultivator sears craftsman. I am stuck on this one. Any help would be appreciated.
