WHAT TYPE OF OIL DOES THE TRANS. TAKE? THERE ARE TWO FILL PLUGS; ONE IS FOR THE ENGINE OIL AND THE OTHER PLUG IS ABOVE THE ENG. OIL FILL PLUG. IS THIS TO FILL THE TRANSMISSION GEARS?

0 Engine oil is SAE30 (recommended) or 5W30, engine oil fill is at the bottom of the engine toward the output shaft side - there's actually one on the front and one on the rear of the engine. Engine oil drain is the smaller plug located lower and nearer to the center of the engine. Gear case lubrication is 1 ounce of EP #1 grease once each season, and goes in the fitting on the right hand side of the gear case (standard zerk fitting, use a grease gun).
