Question About Craftsman Tiller 247.298520
Throttle linkage...

I can't seem to figure out how the linkage hooks to the carb for the throttle. There is a long plastic piece the linkage hooks to... and there is a spring behind the plastic piece I can't figure out. I can't find a manual or a diagram of the carb and linkage. Any help would be appreciated.
