My transmission is apparently locked up. It cannot...

My transmission is apparently locked up. It cannot be shifted. It is a rear tine 17 inch Craftsman with 5 HP engine. The tiller model # is 917293202. Is this repairable? What is the probable procedure.

0 My transmission is apparaently locked up. The shifter will not change positions. The wheels are locked and will not turn.
