looking for manual 536.881800 MFG date of 4/6/2008 Craftsman 8.0 h/p 27in"..wont start..low hrs..tried fresh gas and start fulid in carb to no avail

0 I have model # 536.881800 and cleaned the carb and drained gas, put fresh gas in. got running but choke had to be on lowest setting and ran with hesitation, plus i think the govenor kept going in and out.
