The auger spins fast enough and it was working fine last year. recetly i was using it and tried to clear about 5 inches of fresh powder like snow. The machine would not throw the snow very far and the chute would clog. Any ideas on how to fix this? Do you think the rubber has worn away too much on the auger. It seems to have only worn away by about 1/4 inch,
