My Craftsman snow blower, model number 247.887800 ...

My Craftsman snow blower, model number 247.887800 is 2 years old and has begun to backfire and the engine surge. From previous research it is a carburetor issue. I would like access to the repair manual to take care of the problem. Thanks for your assistance. Don Moore
