Manual and Problem...

Need an owners manuel. also wheel is not coming off. Is there a special trick or is it just rusted on?

0 You may need to use a puller or take a torch and heat the center shaft to get the wheel off.. I posted below a book that carries some information on your snowblower.. It also carries a lot of other models...
