Question About Craftsman Snow Blower ????????????
I own a Craftsman Snowblower that I estimate is 20...

I own a Craftsman Snowblower that I estimate is 20+ years old. Don't have the paperwork for it any longer. It has a flat tire. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the wheel so that I can complete a repair. I've removed the Cotter Pin but there is an additional "cap" of sorts and I can't tell if it unscrews or if it should just "pop" off?
