I need to add Hydraulic oil to the hydrostatic dri...

I need to add Hydraulic oil to the hydrostatic drive as it will only move at slow rpms. Belts are new. As soon as the throttle is above 3/4 full, the drive stops working in both forward and reverse. I think the fluid level is low but cannot find the reservoir or fill bung.
