Question About Craftsman Snow Blower 539918000--- 9159
I have an older snow blower the numbers on it are ...

I have an older snow blower the numbers on it are 539918000 . New belts were put on it and now it runs all by itself When the the handle's are up the machine is running and moves down handles it doesn't go can anyone help me it seems like everything is backwards.
