Question About Craftsman Snow Blower 247.88853
engine wont cut off when throttle lever is pushed down all the way...

The engine on my craftsman 247.888530 will not shut off when I fully depress the throttle lever. I have to remove the spark plug connecter to get it to shut off. I took the cover plate off and tried to shut off manually without using the external lever ....no luck. is there a linkage need to adjust internally?
