Question About Craftsman Snow Blower 536.886122
Auger slow to start turning...

This started late last year. After the snowthrower was started and warmed for a couple of minutes, the auger would not turn at first. After trying to engage the auger several times, it did eventually start to turn. I am not hearing any type of grinding and the belt is about two years old.
