i have this generator that someone gave me that ra...

i have this generator that someone gave me that ran at one time, it has fresh gas,oil,spark plug,it's getting spark,etc. but it will not start for the life of me.when i try to start it gas trickles out of the carb...can someone help me? thank you in advance. keith h.
