Question About Craftsman Lawn Mower None
Won't start...

New Solenoid, plug, magneto fully charged battery. Flywheel sometimes turns 2 revolutions and then sometimes no revolutions. Still won't start. Drains battery for the many times I try and start it. Without plug in, it turns fine. New fuel. Starter stays engaged, checked it and it turns. HELP PLEASE
