Tractor is not holding a charge even after replacing battery and cleaning all terminals

0 Disconnect the leads coming from the charger. Start the engine, and with a volt meter check the output of the charger. (beware of electric shock!)No output-replace charger. If you have an output, make sure all connections are cleaned and re-tightned. Good luck.
