My blades do not engage/spin. I tried to engage them to cut grass by using the lever by the steering wheel and nothing happened. I looked underneath and found the cable (that runs up to the lever) with the long spring attached laying on the deck. I would like to know where it reattaches.The mower runs and deck raises and lowers fine. I have tried to fine answer on line /youtube and have nothing
