Mower will not start. The mower has a new spark plug, a clean air filter and fresh gasoline. The mower was stored in fall with last year's gas drained.

0 Easiest test is shoot some starting fluid in carburetor and try to start it. If it pops you have a fuel issue usually with the carb. If it doesn't pop with the starting fluid check to see if you're getting spark. If your not getting spark start checking all the safety switches... Under the seat, brake pedal, trans shift lever, etc. these tend to go bad and any one of them will keep it from starting.
